Yes, and you can buy online as normal. Answer the questions about the property where the installation is required. Give us the installation address and use your home address when you checkout.
If you have more than one property, you should complete the process and checkout for each home individually. We usually need photos of the current boiler system, so make sure you have these before you start.

Interest is calculated daily and added monthly at a rate, you must make the minimum repayment each month. You can make additional repayments without penalty, which allows you to control the term of the loan and reduce the amount of interest you would pay. Payments will start approximately one month after the contract we have fulfilled with you.

If settled in full within the 12 month deferral period then there is no interest to pay, however a £29 administration fee will apply. This means that you would pay the amount of credit + the administration fee.
If the loan is not settled in full within the deferral period then interest will have accrued from the start of the agreement on any amount still outstanding at the end of the deferral period. Interest will continue to be charged until the agreement is repaid in full.
Simply divide the loan amount by the term of the agreement and this will be your monthly repayment amount for the entirety of the agreement. No interest or fees are payable with this option.
Once a finance plan is selected a loan application will be completed, a copy of the lender’s pre-contract information will be provided, which will explain the terms of the loan agreement and provide you with the information necessary to reach a decision. If you then decide to go ahead with the selected finance plan the lender will require you to sign the credit agreement, after which I will enter a 14 day right of withdrawal period.
It does depend how old your boiler is and what the problem is – but if it’s an old model it’s often more cost effective to replace. New boilers are more efficient and will cost you less to run.
Yes – it may cost extra, as it will need to connect to your heating system. We can discuss this with you as part of the technical check stage, when you submit your photos.
If you need the new boiler to fit into a certain space, look at the dimensions of each boiler we recommend, and compare them with the size of your cupboard. Remember that there will need to be some space around the boiler for fitting.

Yes. It will be covered by a manufacturer warranty of up to 10 years, and we also provide a workmanship warranty to cover pipework and fittings etc.
Most installations are finished within a day. It might take a little longer if you’re moving the boiler’s location or converting from a regular system to a combi boiler. We’ll let you know how long these jobs might take when we speak to you about the details.
Yes. We’ll take away your old boiler and recycle it. The same goes for your hot water cylinder (if you have one). If you have a header tank, we’ll see if we can remove it. Often, they’re bigger than the access hatch so it’s not possible. In that case it will be drained and left in place.
You shouldn’t have any problems, but every boiler is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. As long as your warranty is still in date, the company will pay for the parts and labour needed to get the boiler working again.

The warranty will cover all the components inside the boiler, plus the flue and filter. The warranty is provided by the manufacturer of the boiler. It is fully inclusive of all parts and labour.
