We’ll need copies of the following documents from you

 Public Liability (Certificate & FULL policy schedule in your business name)

•                 Employers Liability (Certificate & FULL policy schedule in your business name)
•                 Company gas safe certificate (in your business name)
•                 Gas Safe card front and back (in your business name)
•                 Calibration of test equipment (FGA) – Only for Installations
•                 Bank details (account number and sort code)
•                 Drivers Licence front & back
•                 Proof of ID (Passport or driving license)
•                 Proof of address (utility bill if driving license has been used as “proof of ID”)
•                 DBS check (if you don’t have one newer than 3 months we will apply for one on your behalf)
•                 Asbestos awareness certificate
•                 Van insurance
